VisionFly.ai provides a cloud-based image processing API that allows users to transform, resize, optimize, and manipulate images through HTTP requests. Our service includes:

• Image resizing and cropping
• Format conversion (JPEG, PNG, WebP, etc.)
• Color adjustments and filters
• Blur and sharpen effects
• API key management and usage tracking

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

VisionFly.ai operates on a subscription-based pricing model:

• All plans are billed monthly in advance
• Usage is counted per image processed, not per transformation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months or unused images
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We do not store your processed images. All image transformations happen in memory and are immediately discarded after processing. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect and use your data.

7. API Usage and Limits

Your use of the API is subject to:

• Rate limits based on your subscription plan
• Maximum file size limits (as specified in documentation)
• Supported image formats and dimensions
• Fair use policies to ensure service availability

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or in case of force majeure events. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by VisionFly.ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you process through our Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionFly.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your API keys will be deactivated
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
